What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Riverpoint Millworks supplies cabinets, countertops, hardware and vanities to homeowners and the trade. Our showroom is at 4248 29th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512. This policy covers this website, riverpointmillworks.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send a form, email us, call us or book a showroom visit, we receive what you choose to share:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your city and state, and details about your project.
• For trade applications: your company name, your role, where your business operates, the kinds of projects you do, and any license or credential details you add.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our analytics and advertising tools record:

• The pages you view and how you arrived at the site.
• Your approximate location, based on your internet address.
• Your device and browser type.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies. We do not use them to collect your name, email address or phone number.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and prepare quotes.
• To review trade applications and set up trade accounts.
• To schedule showroom visits and arrange delivery.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To measure how our advertising performs and show our ads to people who have visited the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it to do that work:

• Website and forms. Webflow hosts this site. Cloudflare checks that form submissions come from people and not from automated programs.
• Analytics. Google Analytics tells us how the site is used.
• Advertising. The Meta Pixel tells Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, that a visit to this site happened, so we can measure our ads and show them to past visitors.
• Scheduling. Showroom visits are booked through Google Calendar.
• Business records, email and payments. We keep customer and quote records in our business management system, send email through an email delivery provider, and take payments through a payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Suppliers and carriers. When you place an order, we share what the manufacturer and the delivery carrier need to build and deliver it.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

Text messages

We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. We do not share mobile phone numbers, or the fact that someone agreed to receive texts, with other companies for their marketing.

Your choices

• See, correct or delete your information. Email quotes@riverpointmillworks.com or call us at (616) 916-6040. We will answer within 30 days.
• Stop hearing from us. Tell us by email or phone and we will stop contacting you, except about an order already in progress.
• Turn off analytics tracking. Google offers a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Turn off ad tracking. You can change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep quote, order and account records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and record-keeping duties. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except for records we are required to keep.

Children

This site is for adults planning or building a project. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
